Processing time
Orders are typically packed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches or sales, processing may take slightly longer—we’ll communicate delays when needed.

International orders
International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by local authorities. These are not included in our product price unless stated at checkout.

Damaged or lost packages
